House cleaning services - Greenland provides part time maid / cleaner for weekly house cleaning packages to fulfill clients' needs.

Things to take note:

We always try to send same part time cleaner to weekly client’s house. Replacement cleaner will be sent if assigned cleaner is taking leave or medical leave. Client can choose to postpone that cleaning session to next week if not getting replacement.

Payment:

Down payment is required to book preferred cleaning dated and time. Balance can be paid after first cleaning session. Payment can be made by ATM, internet banking transfer or cheque. For cheque payment, it is necessary for you to drop it into cheque deposit box. Our bank account details will be provide after confirmation of cleaning date and time.

NO  registration fees, NO GST, NO hidden cost involved for our house cleaning services.

Client takes weekly house cleaning service instead of hiring full time maid due to the following reasons.

By hiring a full time house cleaner, you are responsible for

• maid’s/ house cleaner’s well-being

• Providing proper accommodation for her

• Maid medical fees if she is not feeling well

• Taking medical and personal accident insurance for her

• Security Bond $5000 with MOM

• Levy

The worst thing is., There will not have privacy as you are living with a stranger under same roof.

You will not be responsible for above-mentioned things by taking our weekly house cleaning service. You just need to pay only monthly house cleaning charges.

• Vacuum/sweep and mop the floors

• Dust furniture

• Clean kitchen

• Clean bathrooms

• Clean interior parts of windows and grills (periodically, once a month)

• Change bed sheets (twice a month)

• Wash the clothes only by washing machine (no hand wash)
